  INTERNAL COMPLIANCE:Teach the production team about quality control concerns to improve product excellenceSupervise the production processRecommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:Check the process of quality control record is completely clearDocument control and information both from within and third-party agencies.Recheck the SIGNS, and traceability of products to find the source of defects and production tracking.Check the record, operations to prevent defects may occurPerform shelf life study of sample of different lots at different conditions on weekly basis.Analyzed cause to prevent a recurrence resulting from the manufacturing processesControl the movement, storage, packing, storage and delivery to the appropriate authorities.Recheck the manufacturing process control. Inspect the incoming lot of sugar against the serial dilution.Measure product dimensions by measuring the Degree brix of each batch and compare it to the final specification.
