Airspace manager responsible for coordinating and reserving airspace in Europe and Africa for the 352 Special Operations Wing at Royal Air Force Mildenhall, United Kingdom. Responsibilities required coordination with the Department of State and international partners to ensure training and bi-lateral engagements were planned and executed in a timely and professional manner. Clear and precise communication were critical to the success of the program(s). Assistant Chief Controller in the air traffic control tower. Responsibilities included managing 27 personnel and air operations in support of Scott Air Force Base/Mid-America Airport. Responsible for the training and standardization/evaluation for 27 air traffic controllers. Course development and structure were key for the training success of new recruits and sustainment of future operations.
