  Support strategic enrollment planning through estimation, modeling, and analysis that is used to inform decisions across Enrollment Management (EM) and Student Success. This includes but is not limited to analyzing and forecasting trends in enrollment, admissions and financial aid that are critical to planning and provide decision support to inform strategies that impact the broader University. Partner with the Executive Director to set priorities and goals that align with the institution's comprehensive strategic enrollment plan. Provide independent leadership on collaborative projects with OIT, OIRA, and various campus partners. Deliver timely, accurate, and relevant data regarding the recruitment, enrollment, and retention of students that allows the University to achieve its strategic goals and initiatives. Design insightful, intuitive Tableau dashboards and reports to meet the needs of the end user(s). Ensure the necessary reports and reporting tools are available to key audiences to inform decisions related to undergraduate admissions, registration, scholarships and financial aid, and student service functions provided by the EM Division. Provide leadership and management within department, including supervision of staff, projects, and prioritizing requests. Show less Provide leadership, professional guidance, and management of all financial and administrative processes for the Division of Enrollment Management (EM), including the development, implementation and oversight of all budgets across EM, including: University Registrar, Financial Aid & Scholarships, Undergraduate Admissions, One Stop, Veterans Resource Center, Visitor Center, Enrollment Operations, International Recruitment and the Transfer Center.
