  Responsible for design, development and implementation of Customer Experience (CX) strategic initiatives to optimize Roche employees` experience with HR technology and services. • Successfully contributed to the increase of the customer satisfaction from 66% to 75% through We CARE, a customer-centric mindset program for over 450 HR employees.• Mobilized and coached a network of We Care Champions to unleash customer orientation in HR SSC.• Gathered and analyzed feedback from over 3,600 Roche employees for over 15 HR Servicing teams via Voice of the Customer digital program, resulting in further enhancements in customer satisfaction.• Through design thinking sessions and personas concepts developed SimplyOne HR portal as one entry point to all HR applications and information. • With agile methodology (Sprints and Scrums) created HR experience journeys to optimize selected HR processes as part of the new People Practices.
