But I quickly progressed to more direct contact with clients and I handled many more challenging duties. For example: Writing and delivering Training courses for the end users of 1C software; Writing and delivering practical seminars on accounting and taxation; Auditing and improving the client’s business processes; Managing the outsourcing of registration functions; Managing a small team of programmers.I managed the process of evaluating the client’s needs and having our programmers translate these requirements into efficient software customization.
