      My initial duties included training our client’s end users in the use of 1C’s software as well as manning the help desk giving telephone support. But I quickly progressed to more direct contact with clients and I handled many more challenging duties. For example: Writing and delivering Training courses for the end users of 1C software; Writing and delivering practical seminars on accounting and taxation; Auditing and improving the client’s business processes; Managing the outsourcing of registration functions; Managing a small team of programmers.I managed the process of evaluating the client’s needs and having our programmers translate these requirements into efficient software customization. I have an in-depth knowledge of 1C functionality and some basic programming skills in my own right and I have a second degree in accounting so I was ideally placed between the client and our in-house programmers. In addition to this IT function, I was outsourced to clients in the role of an accountancy specialist at a time when the rules concerning auditing and accountancy practices were changing fast. I was able to advise on the changes in laws and the improvement of processes and Best Practices. I gave training to groups of up to 300 people in training seminars and I gave additional more advanced training to power users.
