  Implementation and monitoring of the Permit to Work system to assure the work is carried out safely in accordance with the project HSE guidelines site instructions and proceduresEnsure all required documents of the PTW system e.g. Method statement job safety analysis (JSA) Risk assessment (RA) lifting plan MSDS layout drawing P&ID over all plot plan (ADNOC site visit reports) etc. are attached to the work permit and documents sufficient prior to signatory for approval.
