  Field Operation ManagementMolte Concrete Contractors was founded in 1964, then as John Molte Concrete Contractors, as a general masonry contractor by John F. Molte. Throughout the years the company continued to grow and branch out. In 1968, JMCC ventured into commercial snow removal as the winters would significantly slow down the progress of concrete construction. Throughout the years the company still held some of the original snow removal contracts that it originally obtained. In 1985, it was decided the company would venture into residential development. From 1985 to the mid 90's, Molte Concrete constructed well over 3,000 homes throughout New Jersey. By the mid 1990’s the company had started to branch out into residential and work directly for homeowners. At its peak for residential work, MCC would design, layout and pour concrete for about 150-200 clients a year in all ranges of work from custom patios to pool decks. In 2000 the company ownership was passed down from John F. Molte to David Molte. With this, the company was rebranded as Molte Concrete Contractors. In 2001, while the company was still in full swing with concrete construction, MCC was awarded a snow removal contract for a homeowners / townhouse association with 535 homes that it maintained until 2012. In 2012, with the market still not recovering from the 2007/2008 crash, it was decided that it was in the best interest to close out the company.
