  • Preparation of Pre Shipment Invoice & Packing list for customer confirmation.• If third party Inspection is required, than following with Inspection agency for the said & also informing to customer for the same.• Follow-up with Forwarder for arranging the container, DO, Booking Receipt & vessel detail• Preparation of the Document like Invoice, Packing List, DEEC Declaration, SDF with Bank Detail & Export Value Declaration for shipping bill filing purpose and custom clearance.• Prepared the GSP Online / Certificate of Original before dispatching the Export Material.• Arrange & collect the Fumigation certificate & QC Dimension report to each Export dispatched made.• Drafting the B/L copy & collect the B/L copy after approval.• Faxing of B/L for payment remittance.• Tracking the online container status with vessel detail of each and every container & also tracking of sent document to customer.• Follow-up the pending proof of export document with CHA & updated proof of export statement.• Arranging payments of CHA & forwarder in a due time as per their final quotation.• Making the Master dispatch report month wise & updating the export status daily.• Prepared the weekly & monthly report & submitted to our HOD.• Prepared Analysis report the Per Kg report, Document & sample Tracking report & payment made to each export made.
