      Werkzaamheden: Het verrichten van een onderzoek naar nieuwe verdienmodellen voor het Koninklijke Ten Cate terrein in Nijverdal. Vanuit externe ontwikkelingen in de vrijetijdssector is er gezocht naar haalbare leisure concepten voor de invulling van één of meerdere gebouwen op de locatie. In samenwerking met regionale toeristische ondernemers zijn tien leisure concepten ontwikkeld. Drie concepten zijn vervolgens dieper uitgewerkt vanuit vier invalshoeken: waardecreatie door middel van het Business Model Canvas, de verwachte exploitatie, de verwachte investeringen en de visie van de gemeente. Het onderzoek resulteerde in één duidelijk haalbaar concept dat door zowel de opdrachtgever als de gemeente is omarmt. Show less
