  Working as Project Head Operations for Bihar & Jharkhand projects. Especially the DDU-GKY Phase-I project for Jharkhand region and DDU-GKY Phase-II project for Bihar region. Also looking after the closure process of DDU-GKY project for Madhya Pradesh & Chhattisgarh. Project Guideline.  Created monthly targets & achievement plan for student’s placement and assured placement of candidates for Government projects through team.  Liaised with R&D & QC Departments for proper & systematic education delivery at all the centers.  To ensure timely execution, marketing activities, designing collaterals and advertisements in coordination with media. Projects responsible for Corporate Tie-up for bulk placement with relevant industries for student placement in Eastern India.  Responsible person for liaising between institutes and corporate. Coordinate with the Placement Head for placements to the eligible students. Coordinate with Quality team members.
