      -Expertly planned a total of eighteen educational lesson plans for grades K-4.-Extensively trained in infant, pediatric and adult CPR and how to administer many pediatric first aid techniques, in case of emergencies.-Diligently chaperoned four off-site field trips that connected to the larger educational activities that were planned throughout the weeks. On each trip, I played a supervisory role in monitoring a group of six students on average.-Worked effectively with other assistants, program leads and site leads to help keep the Adventure Club summer program at my site (Rutherford Elementary) run smoothly. This consisted of bi-weekly meetings and tri-weekly planning sessions, which encouraged staff participation and active listening and communication.-Responsible for the oversight and instruction of approximately fifteen students during a two hour time block twice a week.
