My coverage spans five major divisions in Bangladesh: Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Sylhet, and Chittagong.Key Responsibilities: Strategically manage psychosocial support interventions tailored for ultra-poor communities, with a focus on inclusivity for individuals with disabilities. Provide technical and strategic guidance to field teams for implementing effective psychosocial services across diverse and challenging regions. Develop and deliver capacity-building initiatives, including training programs for staff, to enhance mental health and psychosocial support mechanisms. Foster collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to integrate psychosocial components into broader disability-inclusive poverty alleviation strategies. Monitor, evaluate, and refine program activities to ensure impactful, sustainable, and inclusive outcomes for marginalized populations.Through this role, I am committed to addressing the unique psychological and emotional challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in vulnerable communities, helping them build resilience and achieve a dignified life.
