  Was awarded to conduct a first-of-its-kind research in the country into the mental health of sanitation workers. The research revealed a near total lack of awareness and support for the mental health amongst sanitation workers resulting in the complete lack of coping skills to life events leading them to resort to substance abuse, violence, etc. Suitable interventions at various touch-points were submitted to the research sponsor. A through study about the past researches was done and a research was conducted on major states of India on about the sample of 100 workers.
