      Throughout my time at NEXTDC, I was involved in everything customer experience!I first worked as a Customer Service Representative where I provided internal and external first level support in a fast-paced environment. Tasks included: processing tickets, signing in customers and contractors, assisting customers with products and services. Fulfilling security auditing requirements, answering of calls promptly, identifying and correcting any work place hazards.I was then promoted to a Customer Experience Agent where my responsibilities extended to onboard customers to NEXTDC and our product ONEDC. Coordinate audits, deliver bespoke monthly reports to government, enterprise and partners, drafting and sharing of marketing communications, processing and resolving of all ticket types and attending to the customer support line. Other responsibilities included adding to the company knowledge base, training of staff from other departments and running customer meetings to assist with enhancements and advanced requests alongside account managers.I thoroughly enjoyed my time at NEXTDC and all of the learnings and experiences I got to share with my colleagues and customers.
