  Genpact is a global professional services firm that makes business transformation real.In January 2005,Genpact became an independent company to bring our process expertise and unique DNA in lean management.My roles and responsibilities in Genpact are as follows:1.Works as Accounts Receivable Specialist for Client GE Healthcare customers.2.My role is a part of order to cash cycle where sale is done by giving Quote copy to customer and in return customer provides there PO copy with all terms and conditions .3.Once the deal is done risk team will review the background of customer after that order is entered by order management team and invoicing is done.4. We as AR Specialist comes into picture where we have to approach our customers via calls and emails for the past due invoices and if they have any issues with the order or invoice .5.We have a sort of customers in our portfolio which are same for a longer period of time because of different types of invoicing done .6.My core job is to get the past due balance deducted upto a level so that we will have sufficient amount of cash for manufacturing .Basically we are the one who generates revenue for the client.7.My customers can be a big hospitals,small clinics,medical institutions,Government hospitals and so on.8. GE Is the one who sold some big C Arm ,X Ray,Ultrasound machine to customers and not only this they propose some agreements to customer for maintaining the machines.9.My job is to do reconciliation of contract invoices,providing all documents and information to customer regarding there purchase and help them to cleated there accounts.10.Not only this is we have received credit card payments against the invoices and need to charge it by using an applications .Morever we have to work with client sales team if required to resolve the customer queries and issues .11.After everything is resolved cash team will apply the payment to close the invoice.
