      As a technical consultant, I have built Hyperion , AssureNET interfaces and the bespoke module Input Tax Credit Returns within PeopleSoft Finance. I have also configured messaging based integrations of master data (Department and Locations) between PeopleSoft Finance and PeopleSoft HR. I built an excel based Competency Framework Tool to assess the technical team on their competencies through a scoring technique, this further fed into the yearly development plans.       Delivery ManagementIn this role, I have been accountable for releases from applications in the Employee Experience domain - including PeopleSoft Finance, CCH integrator, Ariba Middleware , Cognos Disclosure Management.Some of these releases have been delivered as per the Agile Delivery Governance framework and I was responsible for all phases from inception, elaboration, construction, transition phases until implementation. Apart from these, I was also responsible for People, Processes and Technology for release deliveries in PeopleSoft Finance. DevopsAs an Agile Enthusiast, I have worked with squads to harness platform engineering trends and lean principles to improve release delivery. I have worked with Information Security for securing their endorsement Releases Automation tool (CAPI) and subsequently addressed risks and implemented controls. The tool has since being used for automation of our release migration activities and enabled us to delivery at a weekly cadence. I built a proof of concept to see if IBM u-Deploy is fit for purpose for PeopleSoft Release automations. I have been involved in adopting other Devops practices- continuous monitoring , developer-tester self service, infrastructure as code and test automation. I have been instrumental in building Splunk Dashboards for monitoring infrastructure, application and test automation metrics. The dashboards have helped in pro-active monitoring of our technology assets, reduced mean-time to recovery in event of failures and have built transparency around health of our infrastructure. I have applied Oracle Database insights to improve performance of programs that were delaying month-end batches.
