  As the Range Safety Officer for America's largest training complex in Europe, I am responsible for the safe and efficient operation of over one hundred training areas spanning nearly 250 square kilometers. My role involves close collaboration with U.S. forces, NATO allies, and partnered forces to plan, coordinate, and approve combined arms live fire exercises at all levels. Entrusted with the leadership and operational readiness of a highly skilled team of 21 soldiers and the management of $6 million worth of military equipment. My role encompassed strategic planning, mission execution, and the development of my platoon to ensure peak performance in high-pressure environments. Assistant operations officer responsible for the planning and coordination of operations for 500 Soldiers and over 100 vehicles. Organized and executed daily briefs and weekly meetings, as well as planning conferences for operations over the next fiscal year. Led 36 Infantrymen and was personally responsible for over $10 million worth of government property. Created and implemented training schedules, led combat training events, ensured the maintenance of my platoon's vehicles and equipment, and oversaw the health and well-being of my Soldiers.
