      - Contributed to the development of a new sustainable FiberLean™ Multi Fibrillated Cellulose (MFC) made from recycled waste materials, to be used as an additive in paper manufacture reducing raw material requirements. -Worked as part of a team to conduct pilot scale separation testing on-site and travelled to Sweden to perform scale up testing with a vendor, with the aim of reducing capital and operational expenditures.- Developed methods of reducing cost and environmental impact of the transport of FiberLean™ MFC.- Performed lab testing to determine tensile strength, particle size distribution and product composition. - Received training in new industrial equipment and used it to perform experiments.- Received and applied training in methods of risk management and reduction such as LOTO and Regulation 12.- Generated detailed reports and presentations for the investigations I took part in.- Undertook long night shifts to assist in large company trials.
