  I am an agile senior Product Owner for the Road User Charging (RUC), Customer Account Self Care (CASC) Contactless and Electronic Service Update Board (ESUBS) websites.I look after 2 agile teams; who develop front-end and back-end systems, and work in a scrum format with both teams and work in 2 weekly sprints.My main responsibilities include; keeping the backlog up to date and prioritised, running sprint planning, refinements, and fortnightly demos for stakeholders, collecting user feedback to make sure that the websites are providing customers with information they need and taking on feedback to create a case for any new functionality suggested by our users.
