      Product management, design direction, and user research for a responsive website replacement of the mobile version of Denshiban, Nikkei’s core Japanese news website (top 50 site in Japan by traffic). Results included 49% growth in DAU, 2.3X organic traffic, and a 58% increase in subscription conversion. North star metric was speed — achieved 2x better Speed Index and 14s faster time-to-interactive.
