      Sept 1998 - Sept 2022
      Consulting Engineer

My tenure has been marked by significant contributions to the architectural development of space and ground constellations, including pivotal roles in projects such as the Iridium Next Secondary Software Defined Radio Communication Payload, Laser Light initiatives, and the Space-Based Radar, where I led the Space CDL breadboard development. Additionally, my involvement with the Spectrum Astro Discoverer II project as a communications provider to Spectrum Astro in Gilbert, AZ, underscores my capacity to deliver comprehensive solutions. My experience extends to full lifecycle efforts in space and ground communications hardware, notably for Space AFRL-VS and Operational Responsive Space (ORS) missions, including TacSat 2, 3, and ORS 1, 2. I have led many architectural studies for airborne communications through space and ground assets, including Air Force One, Marine One, U2, and various UAVs. These roles have not only honed my expertise in communication systems but have also expanded my proficiency in pioneering architectural developments across ground, air and space to support the mission’s needs. Sept 2022 - now
      Program Chief Engineer

Currently, I serve as the Program Chief Engineer, where I provide systems engineering guidance and oversight. My role includes conducting comprehensive communications CONOP analyses and driving the development of requirements for an integrated communications system across a constellation of space and terrestrial assets. Before assuming my current role, I led extensive multi-year initiatives and study phases focused on the communication analysis and CONOPS. These efforts were crucial in ensuring our communications strategies were fully aligned with the mission's objectives. Show less
