  Recruited in the Architecture, Design and Project Management sectors on the Australian East Coast. Provided recruitment solutions based upon high service delivery, integrity and market knowledge in this start-up venture.

  Georgiou

  Lead a team of HR professionals and consultants from process design to roll out in the delivery of a full suite implementation of the Cornerstone HR system. The successful roll out was achieved under budget and 6 months quicker than has been achieved previously with Cornerstone in Australia. Senior Business Partnership role working with Senior Business leadership to develop people performance and capability aligned to business strategy. My role oversaw the development and implementation of a modern Recruitment and Onboarding function aligned with targeted business outcomes across the Georgiou Group. I was also involved in the delivery of Human Resources, Organisational and Learning and Development initiatives and actively supported the promotion of employee diversity as a member of Georgiou’s Reconciliation Action Plan committee.
