Optimizing patient throughput and resource utilization, I determine medical necessity and the intensity of service required plus coordinate discharges, leveraging InterQual criteria. Promoting a caring environment by providing patients and families with emotional and psychological support, I oversee the clinical cases of more than 1000 complex patients each year, adhere to regulatory procedures, MOON, IMM, Discharge Appeals/HINN, Code44, and Two Midnight Rule.
