  During my time at Fitsio, I started as a Fresher Physiotherapist, providing treatments to athletes and helping them recover from injuries. Design injury prevention programs for athletes from all levels (grassroots to international). As time went on, I had the pleasure of working on additional projects (talent scouting at grassroots level, skill building courses for physiotherapy interns and fresh graduates) that allowed me to develop my administrative and leadership qualities. I was able to manage budgets and resources, develop policies and procedures, and participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes. These experiences not only helped me grow as a professional but also allowed me to make a significant contribution to the success of the organization.
