As well as the day to day running of a busy office, I delved into the deep to create BMYS' occupational health and safety guidelines including consultations with staff and training of employees.I enjoyed assisting at the drop-in centre for young people in central Bankstown, Homebass, and supervising excursions, as well as being part of a small team with huge hearts and little interest in admin! BMYS has a variety of funding sources, from local council to state government to community groups and own fundraising. Exposure to meeting funding guidelines was fantastic to take to Papua New Guinea in my next position. Show less
