  Starting from 2018 I lead the Content Delivery area, composed by 25 people based in 3 different countries: Italy, Spain, France.This group is organized in four different teams that are in charge of the following activities:Delivery and quality assurance for Content services (mobile webapps with direct carrier billing payment method) according to a Biz Roadmap.Test automation platform design and development to support QA activities.Development and maintenance of some core components in the carrier billing payments system of the Content services biz line.Development of the CRM panel and Self Care tool for the Content services.Service Management and revenue assurance activities for the Payment platform.I'm involved in the weekly planning of the biz global roadmap for the delivery of Docomo Digital Content services.In 2016/2017 I was also responsible for the creation and maintenance of the company data lake on Hadoop framework.In 2017 I was the program manager of the Delivery optimization program with the objective to speed-up our delivery process through the automation of our technological ecosystem and I drove a program of tech transformation involving the key managers of the IT department to prepare the technological offer of the Company for the organizational and business changes in 2018.
