  Being ISEG Junior Business Consulting General Assembly Board President, my job was to guarantee compliance with the Association legal documents in all its procedures, as well as guaranteeing a place for free discussion.- Creation of a manual for the role of the President of the General Assembly Board and the Corporate Body, as a whole.- Revision of all of ISEG Junior Business Consulting legal documents: Legal Statutes, Internal Regulations, and Code of Conduct.- Processes revision and documentation. Show less As President of ISEG junior Business Consulting, I was in charge of coordinating the settlement of the internal and external short, medium and long term objectives for the Association, as well as ensuring their fulfillment.- Development of a short, medium and long-term strategy through an OKRs optic with the objective of getting the Association to a sustained growth trend.- Fulfillment of 45 objectives divided in 142 key results, amongst which the construction and implementation of a performance evaluation and expectations management system, a commercial strategy and team, procedural manuals and the revision of the Association legal documents. This has lead, in the end of an exhaustive process, to the federation of the Association as a Junior Enterprise followed by Junior Enterprises Portugal.- Management of a team of 55 people, at its peak, of several different areas: Internal and External Relations, Human Resources, Finance, Marketing and Projects. Show less As ISEG Junior Business Consulting Chief Operating Officer, I was in charge of directly managing the a team of Projects Managers, and, consequently, their teams as well, hence assuring a flowing work environment and quality projects, delivered to Clients on time.- Besides the breaking of the record number of external projects, the internal development of the Department was remarkable, with the proceduralization of all the processes inherent to the function.- Directly revising 17 projects and managing commercial relations with their Clients.- Managing a team of 15 Project Managers, with a subtotal of 30 Department Members.
