Supported staff in an external company when we outsourced some functions. Heavily involved in the support, training and management of the Wanganui Computer System in the areas of criminal records and fines management.

I champion and support the building of change capability at UC. Show less A three year transformational project to transition distributed HR transactional services to a Shared Services model. The objective was to streamline and re-engineer HR processes across the University to a consistent standard and automate where possible. This enabled administrative services to be provided by customer-service focused admin professionals and for HR Advisors to concentrate on the HR business partner and transformational aspects of their roles. This included:- The implementation of an HR Service Desk with agreed levels of service to client groups.- The integration of two distinct roles, Payroll Officer and HR Administrator, into the new role of Pay and HR Administrator. - The review, consultation and improvement of all HR administrative processes.- Role clarifications across the functions.I continued to manage the functions of my team:- Professional development programme across the University- The HR internal communications functions and- HR Toolkit.
