  I work here as a civil structure reinforcement engineer. My daily work is to design and do structural planning, starting from calculating the required structure, then calculating and designing rebar reinforcement for construction, then making a virtual design using Allplan software. In the Allplan software which is a BIM software, I find out whether the reinforcement will clash or not. if there is a clash between the structural elements of reinforcement with concrete or reinforcement with other reinforcement, it will be redesigned in accordance with the direction of superiors. then when the design is final, the design will be made into a 2d drawing using allplan, autocad, and revit as well as an attachment regarding the bar bending schedule and reinforcement volume and its properties. There are some project that I currently and already finished such as TA Amstelstroomlaan project in Netherlands, Sassevaart Sluis Terneuzen in Belgium-Netherland, and also IKEA Project in Jakarta, Indonesia Show less
