  • Study Class-A style input received by the customer and provide feedback with ppt. • Does modification as per supplier feedback and Tooling feasibility like Main ToolingDirection, Slider, and Lifter.• Taking the styling surface as an input, A-Surface is created by omitting alltangential errors andgiving tooling directions.• Generates B-Surface by offsetting using A-Surface and cleared all patches, maintaininguniform wall thickness all over part.• Creates the C-Surface and develops close volume.• Decide B-Side features such as Heat Stake, Snap, Dog house, Locator, Ribscreation etc., considering environmental data, DFM, DFA, and 3-2-1 Principle, with power copy as perRPS.• Providessolutionsfor undercuts by using slider- lifter and also rectifiesdefects like sink mark, warpage, etc. i.e., to clear the part in tooling as per DFM.• Maintaining CAD quality of plastic parts and avoiding plastic defects.• Creates Flange after final close volume body by considering environment part as per therequirement.• Do Feature Draft Analysis and study final close volume body.• Creates Parting line with tooling feasibility.
