I have organically grown in the company from a Christmas temp and worked my way up to leading my own store. Improving key measures, such as compliance and future proofing, where a main objective which we have now mastered and will grow on to secure the future of our business. Consistenty finished in the companies' top earner bonus scheme. Involved finding the best deals to suit a customers needs along with up-selling advertised deals to maximise profit. An extensive amount of repeat business was key to my success- certain customers will refuse to be served by anyone else but me! Began as a Christmas temp and was one of only 4 in the region to be taken on in a permanent role. All training was done in-store and I hit full-time targets working just 2/3 days a week. Was able to finance myself through university with this role.

  Took the opportunity to tick a lot of things off the bucket list!• East coast tour of Australia• Culminating in scuba diving in the Great Barrier reef• A short stopover in Bali to visit the Monkey Forest• Then on to Northern Thailand to the towns of Pai and Chiang Mai• Made my way over to Northern Vietnam to visit Hanoi and Ha Long Bay• Took the famous 'Top Gear' trip on mopeds down the Hai Van Pass• Couldn't help but overstay our welcome in the beautiful town of Hoi An• Ended the trip with one last stop in Southern Thailand to visit 'The Beach' in Koh Phi Phi Show less
