      As a Guest Services Manager my duty is to support the whole team in offering the highest level of customer service possible but ensuring accuracy throughout and going that extra mile to be the best.I also have two separate departments under my remit to manage as well as overseeing the above operations,Conference & Events Manager:Over the past 5 years I have been transforming the conference set up here at the hotel to ensure that my hotel can offer the best conference experience possible and my clients can have peace of mind to know that each and every conference they book is managed individually and through organisation and dedication their company will receive a 1st class experience each and every time. Due to the above consistencies and determination I have established the hotel as the no1 conference venue within the area.Front of House Manager:As front of house manager you have to be accurate, informative and always be customer focused. This is a fast paced environment were for example the speed of check in is key to a good welcome but to have a speedy check in you must be accurate and my role is to ensure all of the above factors are managed & progressed while maintaining a high level of customer service throughout.My team all have set training targets to achieve each week and month.Each team member is encouraged, motivated and assisted to meet these targets, This will ensure they have the correct tools to be the best in their role and to further broaden their knowledge & Ambition in their career path.Above everything mentioned my main role is to provide a customer service and focus that I myself would be impressed with and to go that extra mile, My philosophy is knowing I have exceeded the expectations of the guest,This is what I deliver to my team.
