   In-charge for vessels Class certification, Annual, Occasional & 5 yearly survey on-board. Schedule dry-cock of vessel, Repair work scope confirm to yard prior to dock the vessel. Assist for dry-dock Commercial and technical as a superintendent. Coordination of inspection procedures with class surveyor /third party. Non-compliances requirement noted. Action performed as per surveyor requirement.  Follow-up/co-ordination with Class surveyor / Third Party for on-board inspection, mean-time required any technical & drawings submitted to class surveyor for his review and approval. Prior Class Survey, pre-inspection on-board for confirmation, Recommendation point / report submit to vessel`s Capt. Upon div. Manager approval. On-board main & aux. equipment’s maintenance plan check and result or remedy report submit to div. manager. Follow-up major break-down equipment’s, required/ listed spare parts order through Purchase request and get follow-up with procurement team. List out docking vessels (floating crane barge, tug boat & dredger etc.) , prepare repair details scope for shipyard, during repair scope clear to shipyard team, Docking vessels, daily activities monitor and report to work completion /outstanding / pending work list to div. manager. Control & reporting vessels operation at site. Incident report to submit to div. manager. Preparation of quarterly, half yearly & yearly vessels maintenance/Class certification/docking budget, get approval from top management. Assist for purchasing new assets for ship such as aux. machineries, review the technical specification and prepare compression table for selection of supplier as per company requirement.
