      Directing pre-print department I lead a team of designers and conduct client negotiations to determine scope of work, time frames, estimates and cost analysis based on our clients' requirements. Being closely involved in all stages of the work, I supervise teams of lithography, flexography, finishing, die cutting, varnishing and quality control to make sure that the production meets the requirements.
