      Consolidation and Business Process Improvement project at Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA): -Established and managed team, overseeing staff of six, as featured in BearingPoint's proposal documentation. Provided guidance and instruction to the varying skillsets of the team members as client assistance roles began.-Assisted with redesign and standardization plan for the transformation project of consolidating client locations whereby over half of existing staff were to be terminated.-Led team to renegotiate service agreements for the client's 22 sites. Agreements were developed and/or updated.-Provided assistance with client's quarterly financial statements.
