Initially recruiting permanent IM professionals. Quickly established a reputation for providing a quality service. Invited by the resourcing team responsible for HR to work with them to fill a number of positions. Due to the success of this project was asked to recruit Six Sigma specialists. Worked closely with the Master Black Belts at Network Rail to ensure the right calibre of candidates were being introduced to the business. Invited by the Head of Resourcing for Maintenance to present to the team resulting in a large number of engineering and commercial vacancies being given to Image. Also asked to recruit people within the financial function of the businessResponsible for providing managed and contingent recruitment services. Direct responsibility for 2 Consultants.Successfully completed several on site projects to recruit high volume and/or highly technical roles..Used by a large global organisation to source senior IT professionals within the UK. These positions were reporting out the US although based in the UK. Quickly established a report with the hiring managers enabling a 100% fill rate.Achievements: Billed £250k in 2nd and £180k in the 3rd year. Show less

Set up all the processes and recruited the teams to provide both permanent and temporary contingent recruitment. Built strong relationships with hiring managers by listening to their frustrations and providing solutions. Effectively networked into new departments. Used various methods to source candidates including database search, networking, web searches and 3rd party offshore resourcers. Quickly gained a reputation for delivering results.Parachuted in to a failing managed service account. The account (a large investment bank) was threatening to cancel their contract as positions were not being filled. Managers and temporary workers were unhappy with the level of service they were receiving. Worked on site for five months, designing and implementing a different structure with new processes. Quickly built a relationship with the most dissatisfied line managers, initiated surgeries to allow the temporary workers to communicate their frustrations and held regular reviews with supplying agencies to ensure their support continued. By working closely with the line managers and maintaining a high profile on site the number of temps working doubled. Dealing with roles up to £820 day pay rate.Recruited a new team to maintain the account. Conducted one to one appraisals, coached and trained.Educated the client to the difficulties caused by not working to the agreed contract. Received the highest levels possible on the client satisfaction surveys.Achievements:Increase the business levels from 55 to 120 contractors.Reason for leaving: Role became redundant due to the difficulties in the American sub prime market.
