      I personally transformed an original family rice pudding recipe from a hobby of 3 to 5 pound batches into over thousands of pounds delivered weekly to 5 states. Manufacture and deliver thousands of fresh, made to order deli sandwiches each week. Manage all aspects of the business: Human resources (recruiting, hiring and maintaining employees)Management of many employeesSet production schedule daily including timing of delivery routesEstablish marketing goals & demo schedulesInitiate customer service through routine one on one contactDirectly supervise the purchase & logistics of 100+ ingredients and materials from 20+ suppliersManaged the significant increase in rice pudding manufacturing capacity from 10 to 115 pounds of rice puddingManaged and grew the rice pudding business from 3 accounts to over 70Major accounts include Central Markets in Texas as well as the Midwest region of Whole FoodsPersonal and professional satisfaction is derived by taking projects from concept to reality.
