  Provided 170 threat warnings to every ship and aircraft operating in the Pacific Theater. Later, oversaw a 65-person team that produced 189 daily intelligence briefs to the U.S. Seventh Fleet Commander which guided the future operations of all naval forces deployed to the western Pacific. - Managed budget of $135,000 for intelligence systems upgrades on time with no additional costs. - Led manpower planning project for 73 managers and technicians improved manpower resourcing by 26%.

  Hand-selected to be the deputy program manager to lead a specialized six-person team to oversee multiple crisis intelligence projects for the Chairman and Secretary of Defense. After distinguishing himself in crisis intelligence project management, Adam was selected to provide intelligence briefs to prepare the Senior Director for Intelligence to meet with the Chairman daily. - Provided 200 intel briefs which affected the security of every U.S. military service member operating around the globe. - Led a 38-person cross-functional team of experts to masterfully deliver the SecDef 24 crisis intelligence products.- Delivered DoD-wide tactical threat display evaluation project on time resulting in improved capability analysis.
