      • Maintain discipline at workplace and ensure conducive working environment for smooth production operations.• To appear in Sindh Labour Court, Appellate Tribunal and National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC) court for different litigation matters on behalf of the company.• To attend the conciliation meeting at Labour department.• To deal with the Labour Inspector regarding the factory annual inspections. • Statutory Compliance especially related to labour laws.• Manage Labour contract administration (Workforce, Security, Canteen, and Janitorial and Transport services) and ensure their entire legal and statutory requirement fulfillment. • Coordinate with functional or operational area managers to investigate and resolve employee grievances to maintain a productive and harmonious factory environment.• Maintain good relationship with various government agencies.• Maintain the different registers and returns under various labor laws.• Deals with matters pertaining to discipline, disciplinary action, issuing charge sheets, warning letters and hold inquiries as and when needed.• Supervise monthly EOBI and SESSI of third party workforce through contractor and keep record thereof.• To verify third party workers payroll payment and monthly checking of overtime and attendance record.• To supervise the canteen administration and ensure that quality food is supplied to the staff and workers as per set hygiene conditions.• Ensure timely preparation of salary data of employees.• Processes labour disputes/grievances in a proper and timely manner, investigate complaint for dispute mediation.• To supervise daily attendance report and prepare monthly headcount report of third party workers.• Update union and labour files record.• Conduct the medical examination of all employees.• Keep annual record of different IR matters for budget preparation.• To handle industrial accident cases and coordinates in medical treatments.
