During that time a have visited and led a lot of workshops in the filed of project planning and team leadership. Leading a non-Profit organisation and managing volunteers through the daily business of the IAESTE exchange programme. I learned the most valuable skills during my time in IAESTE. For the first time I did cold calls to companies to take part in our exchange programme. I am very proud to say that during my presidency we had the highest number of cooperating companies so far.
