  It was one of the biggest oil refinery projects (Grass root Mega Project) of IOCL having production capacity 15 million Metric Ton Per Annum. We were the main contractor engaged to execute the work covered 12 units (Kero Treater Unit, Alkylation, Butane Isomerization, FCC LPG Treatment Unit, Sulphur Acid Regeneration, Sulphuric Recovery Unit & Tail Gas Treating Unit, Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) (absorber section), Flue Gas desulphurization (FGD) (regeneration section) under the LSTK contract. My responsibilities were conducting induction training, development & implementation of HSE Systems, Plans and overall HSE aspects of the company. I am mainly responsible for monitoring of subcontractor activities, Induction Training, Preparation & Implementation of Risk Assessments, monitor & control the implemented work Permit System, Identify Unsafe Acts & Unsafe Conditions, prepare & conduct various HSE trainings, coordinate & arrange special trainings with third party trainers.   It was an Oil, Gas & Water separation new CPP plant of ADNOC- onshore (Al Dabbiya) .We were the main contractor engaged to execute the E & I work covered CPP(Central Processing Plant) and 13 Nos.of On shore Clusters.My responsibilities were implementation and monitoring of safety aspects on both client and company safety procedures. Provide advice to the project team on HSE issues. Accompanying client HSE inspectors for field inspection on HSE issues. Assisting in controlling the areas where critical task is being undertaken. I was mainly responsible for monitoring Tool Box Talk / STAART card meeting on regular basis. Implementing & monitoring traffic management plan. Follow-Up work permit system, Observe U/A & U/C and report it to the site management, Conduct daily & periodic inspections of lifting equipment's, tools, tackles, Power tools, fire extinguisher, ladder, scaffolding, PPEs, Electrical System, Welfare facilities etc. Observe Near-Miss & incident and report it to the site management as well as to HSE dept.to trigger the investigation.   HSE Engineer (PMC)

  It is was a Brownfield project for setting up Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) plant at IOCL Paradip Refinery (Odisha). We are the Project Management Consultant (PMC) for this project to provide consultant to 04 Nos. different packages LSTK-1(L&T Hydrocarbon), LSTK-2(L&T Hydrocarbon), LSTK-3 (NRP Projects) & ASU (Linde / Praxair). The packages are construction of Ethylene Glycol Unit, Ethylene Recovery Unit, associated Off-site, ETP, Air Separation Unit, On-site utilities and Jetty Pipelines. My responsibilities are to provide consultation to the client as well as contractors engaged in the job in respect of EHS issues. Implementing & Maintaining client & company EHS rules at site. Reviewing, Monitoring & Implementing Project HSE Plan. In addition to this I am also responsible for implementation of construction HSE systems and overall HSE procedures of the company, Ensure HSE regulations, standards and company best practice is implemented, Interface with Contractors HSE staff, client HSE department and Plant Operations HSE, Evaluate the Contractors HSE performance on an ongoing basis and make recommendations for improvement as needed. evaluating the EHS systems of contractor, monitoring of contractors activities through scheduling monthly audit, inspection and daily site visit, Reviewing contractors Method Statements, JSA, RSA & HIRA before it is being implemented, Ensure emergency procedures are established , monitoring & controlling the implemented work permit system, identifying needs, preparing & conducting various HSE training, , Conduct HSE induction / orientation for new PMC site personnel and monitor the Contractors training programs , Manage the PMC project training records and Safety files, Carry out accident / incident / near-miss investigation, run motivational programs.
