Focused on safety, we worked closely with Field Operations to ensure Devon's cold-flow heavy oil assets provided predictable production and cash flow. Additionally as a member of the Program Leadership Team alongside managers from Development Engineering and Geoscience, I developed strategy for future growth and planned the future development of both the asset and our people to ensure strong returns and cash flow from the asset. The team provided development engineering support to the Jackfish asset and specialized in medium term capital project management, focused on asset optimization, high-dollar preventative maintenance, and performance risk mitigation projects. With a diverse set of skills in project management, communication, decision making, problem solving, data analysis, risk framing and economic justification; team members worked with stakeholders and technical support teams to ensure projects were delivered to maximize the value of the Jackfish SAGD assets. Our production engineering team was responsible for the day-to-day management of surface and sub-surface production infrastructure as well as ensuring that the assets delivered on production and financial forecasts. Alongside other members of the Primrose and Wolf Lake leadership team, I worked to empower technical staff and inspire our teams to come up with innovative solutions to multi-disciplinary challenges and deliver value to CNRL shareholders by optimizing asset performance.
