  Managed in-licensing and out-licensing compliance. Ensured terms of all in-licensing agreements were met, including artwork approvals, product approvals, labor standards. Coordinated communication between licensors and P&G.Developed and implemented new licensed product approval process, streamlining the process and standardizing it across regions. This increased compliance and removed complexity and costs. Worked across multiple functions and levels of the Company to create clear direction on process for Disney FAMA (Facility and Manufacturing Authorization) management. The program was for tampons, and earned the Company $750,000.Secured P&G’s C-TPAT certification. Worked with Global Security to evaluate Phoenix plant and supply chain. Involved multiple functions to resolve areas of concern. Presented findings to CBP, resulting in P&G’s C-TPAT certification. Launched innovative cost savings program for importing low value items using express consignment carriers- FedEx, DHL, UPS. Applied relevant Regulations, worked with carriers, Customs brokers, shippers; created guidelines for service providers & P&G. Partnered with Regulatory & expanded this into a cross-Business Unit program- ImportXpress. This saved $300,000 in the 1st year, & reduced the time of waiting for approval before shipping to the US from 7-10 days to zero days. We expanded this program across the Company and it continues to be an efficient importing process after 12 years. Created Training and Development Program for US and Canada Customs Compliance teams. Created and conducted cross-functional training programs, new member onboarding and training. Developed training manuals, step-up cards, resource documents.
