      This series provided product managers a deeper understanding of what it takes to bring a product from idea, to launch, to future iteration. During this time I defined a problem for a product to solve and mapped the customer’s journey and user personas. I learned important facets of product roadmapping decisions and prototyped via product management best practices. After the conceptual phase we learned how to measure progress against objectives and presenting product learnings to stakeholders.

      - Leads team of 6 direct reports (as “player-coach”) including Lead Designers, Junior Designers, a Research Lead, and a Technical Writer. - Active collaboration and strategic planning for roadmap functions across the entire product portfolio with Product Directors and Product Managers.- Developing and leading product UX research function, managing two external research firms,for all products within CAS product portfolio. - Conducting user discovery sessions and guiding generative research sessions for CAS BioFinder.Designed, developed, and delivered research, information architecture, application structure,and overall user experience and interface for brand new life sciences product, CASBioFinder.- Migrated UX team from Adobe XD to Figma and collaborated with direct reports to ensurecomprehensive design system and consistent design language across all CAS products.
