  Company Description- Subcontractor company to provide back end inspection and packing services for semiconductor substrates such as BGA and CSP. Inspection outsourcing was provided as well based on customer request.Job Description- Improve and troubleshoot line processes on software and hardware.- Arrange preventive maintenance schedule and repair machine when issues occurred.- Schedule, arrange and supervise work of line technician and maintenance.- Prepare KPI report and KRA for engineering.- Prepare document (FMEA, working instruction and etc) for all processes and machine.- Communicate and report to Japan, China and Taiwan customer.- Develop software to improve factory process and cut short lead time.- Prepare and in charge of customer monthly audit and ISO 9001 audit.- Prepare 8D report and schedule meeting with customer whenever there is a complaint.Achievements in Techniworld- Visited to Japan Circuit Industry in Japan to learn their BGA substrate making process briefly.- In charge of qualification audit 2019 from Kinsus Interconnect Technology Corp from both China and Taiwan.- Learned and trained technician on operating ProV Taiwan Green laser machine on substrates.- Designed data processing application to cut short lead time required to print out label provided by customer.
