As an NHL defenseman, I played eight seasons with the Blues, Canucks, Lightning, and Mighty Ducks after being drafted in the second round in '88. One of my proudest moments was winning Olympic silver with Team Canada in '92, before finishing my pro career in Switzerland's top league.My journey since then has been about giving back to the game - spending 12 years coaching junior hockey across Switzerland and Canada, while also discovering the Power of Mindfulness and Yoga.
