TE Data operates under a Class A license, allowing it to build its own national network, and operate its international data gateway.TE Data is focused on Broad Band services along with enterprise-geared services like leased lines, VPN's, web hosting and global connectivity solutions. TE Data owns and operates one of Egypt's largest data centers.I am part of TE Data's Data Center team. The team responsible for managing monitoring and operating all data centers services provided by TE Data.- Supports, monitors, and maintains TE Data solutions and scheduled jobs- Recommends continuous improvements of TE Data solutions- Provides second-line support for issues raised by other TE Data teams (Call Center, Enterprise, NOC)- Responds quickly and effectively to meet customers’ needs- Treats customers with courtesy, respect, and concern - Provides notifications, escalations, status updates, and problem reporting as required- Provide customer support via telephone and e-mail- Monitors data center facility - Installs, configures, and administers various systems Show less
