Automation, demand requests, improved CMDB…• Worked with Maersk leadership, Maersk procurement and ServiceNow on the purchase of new modules.• Very quick implementation of Security Operations incident response OOTB then series of process improvements and workflows followed by integration with Qualys Vulnerability management• Implemented Event management with Riverbed, SCOM and Solarwinds.• Rolled out Performance Analytics dashboards to the main ITSM processes• Expansion of CDMB to cover more than just the servers, client then middleware, databases and networks.
