Consolidated revenues were over $100 million. Company sold in 2001.• Implemented Board’s mandate to engineer a “soft landing” for the Company, resulting in sale to Inveresk Research International at a price near 52-week high share price. Conducted negotiations and extensive due diligence with three suitors. Key spokesman for shareholder and investor communications. Maintained active relationships with investment analysts. Presented at numerous health care conferences and private investor meetings. Conducted quarterly analyst teleconferences, and participated in all Board of Directors meetings.
