  Primary job was to manage Electrical section. Direct staff consists of 14 maintenance personnel. Involve in plant improvement works and plant preventive & corrective maintenance activities which include introducing new technologies and procuring new parts related to Electrical. Responsible for:1. 2x500MW, 4x300MW steam turbo generator and 110MW gas turbo generator inclusive auxiliaries with 3MW Black Start Diesel Engine, 800kW Emergency Diesel Engine. 2. Auxiliaries 11/6.6/3.3&0.415kV motors, MV panels and switchgear, protection system, oil-immersed transformer up to 353MVA, 220/110/48V Dc supply system and all related electrical system and equipment.2. Oversee and manage the start/stop maintenance of machine.3. Supervise daily defect troubleshooting and repair work.4. Monitor execution and initiate improvement for corrective maintenance activities.5. Initiate, implement, monitor and improve preventive maintenance activities.6. Supervise teams carrying out CM and PM during planned outage and overhaul.7. Monitor and control the section capital and revenue budget.8. Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods including spares and tools requirements.9.
